CCTV emerges after hate crime in Spalding

New evidence looking into a racially motivated hate crime in Spalding has prompted Lincolnshire Police to launch a re-appeal for witnesses.

CCTV footage shows the three suspects in question, with one described as ‘fat’, another was wearing shorts and no top, with a third wearing glasses.

Lincolnshire Reporter previously reported on the crime last month when the news first broke about three white males assaulting someone while making reference to him being an ‘immigrant’.

The incident took place between 5:40pm and 6:30pm on Saturday, April 25 outside Castle Sports Complex, Albion Street in Spalding.

The offenders on push bikes gave the victim minor injuries with the assault, but still haven’t been located by police.
