The two men, aged 39 and 41, were arrested on the morning of Wednesday, May 13 on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A drugs.
They remain in custody while further investigations take place.
This follows several warrants in Gainsborough and North Lincolnshire that were executed last week.
Assistant Chief Constable Kerrin Wilson said: “This morning’s warrants demonstrate our ongoing commitment to tackling criminality across our county despite the unprecedented times that we are living in.
“Sadly, those hell bent on causing harm and feeding on the vulnerable still exist but we will be relentless in our pursuit of those offenders.
“The public of Lincolnshire should have confidence that we will be there for them no matter what.”
In response to last week’s arrest warrants, seven men in the area have been arrested and charged.
One man was bailed and the other six await a crown court hearing next month.
