By Local Democracy Reporter

There have been ten consecutive days with no COVID-19 related deaths in Lincolnshire hospitals.

Updated government statistics from Thursday show that Lincolnshire’s hospital deaths remained at 140.

There were also no deaths in Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals Trust, leaving that figure at 115.

The total number of coronavirus related deaths in Greater Lincolnshire stands at 326.

Nationally, a further 62 people who tested positive for the virus have died, meaning the total is now 28,175.

Some 25 previously recorded deaths have now been removed from the total as a result of improvement in dataset recording, after these deaths had been reported twice.
