Closing down sale in Laura Ashley stores across Lincolnshire

Huge discounts across the Lincolnshire stores

Fashion and furniture retailer Laura Ashley is starting an ‘everything must go’ closing down sale across its Lincolnshire stores.

Laura Ashley announced it would be going into administration back in March, blaming coronavirus on financial troubles.

There are three Laura Ashley stores in Lincolnshire, all of which reopen this week for the sale.

Grantham’s Discovery Retail Park store opened on Thursday, June 19, and Lincoln and Gainsborough’s shops open on Friday.

Strict social distancing is being enforced, with a limited number of shoppers allowed inside stores at any time, as well as deep cleaning and encouragement to pay by card.

Fashion in-store and online will be at least 50% off, while all furniture will be 30% off.

All stock has been reduced, including items that are being cleared from the warehouse.

A spokesman for Laura Ashley said: “There are some fantastic deals to be found in-store, as everything is now reduced and, with at least 50% off fashion, we expect clothing ranges to sell out fast.

“We are extremely mindful of the current coronavirus crisis and customers can be assured that the store will be COVID-19 secure.”
