Man dies in Scunthorpe crash

He was pronounced dead at the scene

A man in his 30s has died in a crash in Scunthorpe on Tuesday afternoon.

The collision happened on Mortal Ash Hill, Scunthorpe, shortly before 5pm on June 2.

A blue Toyota Aygo and a silver Range Rover crashed at the point where the dual carriageway merged into a single lane.

The male driver of the Toyota was pronounced dead at the scene after suffering fatal injuries.

The driver of the Range Rover and a passenger in the Toyota suffered minor injuries.

Humberside Police are appealing for witnesses of the crash, asking people to call 101 and quote incident number 379 of June 2.
