A dessert cafe which looks set to be heaven for anyone with a sweet tooth is opening on Lincoln High Street this week.

Sprinkle Berry will open opposite Rice & Bowl and Domino’s on the lower High Street area of Lincoln on Friday, March 11 at 4pm, serving until 10.30pm six days a week (Tuesday to Sunday) afterwards.

On the menu will be all things sweet, including waffles, cookie dough, a variety of cakes, old school classics, milkshakes, sundaes, doughnuts and gelato.

The opening week of trading will just be for collections, before the service goes onto Deliveroo, JustEat and Uber Eats in the second week.

There is also a 50% discount on all items during the opening week, which is sure to brighten up your day about as much as seeing the bright pink floral store front.

Owner Anwar Memon said: “I am really excited to welcome the public to Sprinkle Berry. Many months of planning and preparation have gone into setting it all up so we really hope everyone enjoys it.”

Sprinkle Berry were also keen to thank local businesses The Sign Shop and APS Printers for their help in getting the business ready for launch.
