    Jennie Brown, Tax Partner, Streets Chartered Accountants
    Jennie will provide an update on IR35. This will include a recap on the legislation and its purpose, what we have learnt from the compulsory measures already in place for the public sector and an overview of the key points from the various high-profile cases that have gone through tax tribunal. In addition, Jennie will talk about how businesses should be reviewing their workforce and the procedures they should be implementing when taking on new contractors, especially with the off-payroll arrangements due to hit the private sector from April 2020.

    IR35 from an HR perspective and dealing with your HR worries
    Anita Wynne, Director and Founder, Beststart Human Resources

    Luke will provide an update of the company car regime and changes coming in from 2020 covering ultra-low emission and electric vehicles and how a company car could become tax efficient once again for employees and directors. The update will include practical examples and client case studies.
