As their local agency office in Lincoln, we deliver their award winning service and sell their product range across our region, championing the honest, personal approach to customer service they’re famous for.
We are looking for an administrator working from our modern office located at Burton Waters, Lincoln, a beautiful working environment with staff parking and great facilities on site. The position is full-time, five days a week, 9am–5pm.
As an administrator within our small team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the office runs like clockwork and contribute to the effective and efficient running of the agency. This will include managing and directing correspondence to required time frames and quality standards, process and dispatch of renewals, managing stationery, literature and filing.
The chances are, you’ll have already worked in a similar role so will be no stranger to applying an excellent telephone manner and a flexible, people-orientated approach to everything you do. Above all though, you’ll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused, ambitious team. In return, you can expect full training in a friendly and supportive environment.
Skills and abilities needed to perform role:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident, personable and hardworking
- Attention to detail with ability to produce accurate documentation
- Prioritisation and organisational skills
- Competent IT skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Word & Excel
- A minimum of 4 GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths & English
