Tower House Wealth Management is a well-established wealth management consultancy based in central Lincoln.
We are seeking an Administrator to join and complement our team working within a busy office environment.
We are looking for a flexible person with effective communication and interpersonal skills, who can work independently or as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
The role would suit somebody with previous secretarial or administrative experience however no prior experience is required and full training for the role will be given.
A basic understanding of maths and ability to use the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
Duties to include:
- Diary management to include booking and preparing for meetings
- Liaising with clients
- Client servicing
- Management of back office systems
- Dealing with incoming / outgoing post
- Flexibility to meet other duties as required
Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience.
Monday to Friday role, office based with working hours – 8:30am to 5:15pm.
