We are looking for a Clerical Assistant to join our existing Food Support Team based in Lincoln. The role will require the successful candidate to work cross-functionally within our various teams, including, order processing, promotions, pricing and store support.
Duties will include managing the service desk to provide support to our food stores by logging and responding appropriately to calls. Analysing these phones calls to flag up trends and specific issues and reporting these to the Office Manager. Sending pricing updates and product maintenance using the CHOISE system.
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience. You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong organisational skills. An eye for detail and accuracy is essential.
The successful candidate will be skilled in the use of databases as well as computer literate, including MS office software, and confident in producing reports as required. You should be self-motivated and pro-active, with the ability to work productively as part of the team.
