Lincs Rural is a small housing association based in Spilsby, with 14 staff making a big impact in rural communities throughout Lincolnshire. It was formed in May 1986 with the primary objective to provide housing, accommodation and assistance to local people.

We operate in many rural towns and villages throughout Lincolnshire, Rutland and West Norfolk, providing good quality and well organised homes and services. The first properties were built in Corringham in 1988 and 32 years after being created, Lincs Rural’s housing stock has grown to 428 properties, however the founding principles remain the same.
