Our Residential Sales and Commercial Department are located at Silver Street, Lincoln.   Our Lettings Office is located at Museum Court, Lincoln and we have also expanded our business into  the Lincolnshire town of Market Rasen.   We are one of the very few Agents in Lincoln to be regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

OUR HISTORY

The original firm, Mundy & Co, was founded in 1898. When former Senior Partner, Philip Barnatt, and fellow partner Simon Bentley, took over the company in 1996 inheriting a small Management Department and Survey and Commercial Sections. The new Partnership rebranded as Mundys, retaining all departments but also setting up a specialised Residential Estate Agency. Mundys sales, under the leadership of Simon Bentley and has now flourished into an Award Winning Estate Agency, winning the coveted BEST ESTATE AGENTS – LINCOLNSHIRE, five years running and BEST LETTING AGENCY – LINCOLNSHIRE, four years running at the UK Property Awards.
