    Sir Robert Pattinson Academy is an 11 – 18 comprehensive school recently judged ‘Good’ by Ofsted as a result of the education and opportunities provided to pupils, enabling them to flourish within a calm and caring environment.     The Academy is situated on an extensive, beautiful site offering purpose built facilities on the outskirts of Lincoln, towards the Nottinghamshire border.

    What we need:

    We are seeking to recruit an experienced HR Manager to cover a period of maternity leave until August 2022. The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of an effective HR service, including all aspects of recruitment, absence management, payroll administration, performance management and employee relations issues such as disciplinary and capability. You will be required to support the Head Teacher on all matters relating to HR, employment law and statutory requirements including safer recruitment and maintenance of the Academy’s Single Central Record.

    You will be enthusiastic, efficient, and organised with a good attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team as well as the self-motivation to work under your own direction.

    Previous experience of working in a similar role is essential. Experience of working within an educational setting and using a Management Information System would be an advantage.

    This post is full time; 37 hours per week and 52 working weeks per year, less annual leave entitlement. Hours of work will be within the core hours of 8am and 4.30pm.
