    Description

    The Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance are seeking an Individual Giving Manager to develop and deliver an Individual Giving Strategy which increases value and longevity from new and existing individual donors.

    Overseeing a broad portfolio, this role will be responsible for driving our cash, regular giving, in-mem and legacy activity / income. The post-holder will also be responsible for developing a brand new donor acquisition and development program whilst working with colleagues to ensure we deliver the highest levels of supporter care across fundraising activities.

    MAIN DUTIES:

    In conjunction with the Director of Fundraising, develop a new IG, In-Mem and Legacy strategy which supports the delivery of the wider organisational strategy.

    Implement the day to day running of fundraising campaigns, producing and monitoring schedules, briefing fundraising partners, sourcing content, managing agreed budgets, keeping an accurate record of costs, income and supporter actions.

    Able to edit, create and tailor enticing, engaging and emotive copy for appeal copy.

    Project managing the development and implementation of integrated fundraising strategies and stewardship programmes to increase income from in-memoriam, tribute fund and legacy activities, including project managing donor recruitment and retention.

    Project managing the development and implementation of individual fundraising programmes including regular giving, payroll giving, affiliates and medium level donor groups.

    Working knowledge of supporter databases, targeting, segmentation and response analysis.

    Track the daily, weekly and monthly performance of fundraising campaigns. Produce end of fundraising campaign reports and analysis.

    Ensure consistent messaging and embedding of mission and vision across all fundraising communications.

    Develop LNAA’s online donation ask and data capture for future conversion.

    Work with the internal departments to convert the LNAA’s customers/enquirers into cash givers and cross sell IG products to existing donors.

    Work with external suppliers on new campaigns ensuring that the projects run according to brief, budget and schedule.

    Work with the Database Manager with data selections and analysis requirements and on any non-standard, complex specifications for data capture, export and import
