We are recruiting a Mental Health Manager to manage all aspects of Mental Health and Wellbeing provision in Student Services across all three college campuses.
Lincoln College is committed to supporting and improving the Mental Health and Wellbeing of its staff and students and this is a new post that has been created to realise our plans and ambitions. The College has recently expanded its team and resources for Mental Health, with our latest addition being a College Therapy Dog!
The Mental Health Manager will provide operational leadership and management to the Mental Health Co-ordinators and Youth and Wellbeing team in order to meet the strategic and operational objectives of the College; particularly to improve outcomes for learners.
This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis. However, we are also willing to accept applications from health professionals that may be looking to gain valuable knowledge, skills and experience at our organisation in the role of Mental Health Manager.

All new leaders and managers will undertake the college's in-house leadership and management programme, 'Determined to Lead' (DtL), in addition, the successful applicant will be supported to undertake a relevant internal management qualification (CMDA, L5 L&M or L3 L&M).
