Our network resilience team ensures that there is co-ordination across all of our highways in the event of any emergencies and as a Network Resilience Officer you will assist this function by facilitating the effective engagement, co-ordination and liaison with the Streetworks and Permitting Team, Local Highways Teams and all other internal/external partners to ensure that the service is delivered with minimal adverse impact of highway users.
You will be responsible for assisting in the response to the overall co-ordination of all emergency related events within the County during and outside of normal working hours and participate in delivering a 24 hour rota for emergency and winter maintenance functions.
