An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our talented team at Len Kirk Plant Hire Limited who have recently been acquired by the Daniel Charles Group. We are a fast growing, privately owned business based in Lincoln with a reputation for delivering quality aggregates and haulage services within Lincolnshire and the surrounding areas.
This is a varied position in a environment where you’ll receive the support and advice to thrive. This opportunity includes the following duties:
- Responsible for office administration
- Assisting Transport department with processing orders and invoicing
- Liaising with site operatives and management
- Communicating with customers, suppliers and group employees
- Other general office duties
We are seeking a motivated individual with strong administration skills and a can-do attitude along with being organised, a multi-tasker, has good attention to detail, confident with MS Office tools and possesses excellent communication skills.
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
Holidays: 22 days Annual Holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
Pension: Aviva Pension Scheme
