    Description

    To work in a busy Sales Office.

    Main roles/ responsibilities include:

    • Taking orders and answering enquiries via email and telephone.
    • Meeting and Greeting Customers who come to our offices.
    • Inputting orders and quotations onto our system (Sage 50)
    • General Office Admin duties.

    Requirements:

    • GCSE English and Maths – Grade C/4 or above
    • Excellent telephone manner

    Desirable:

    • Full knowledge of Microsoft packages – mainly Excel and Word
    • Admin/ Sales experience
    • Experience working within a busy office

    (Full training on Sage 50 will be given)
