TODDS Group is a Lincoln based company, originally established in 1892, who are passionate about achieving inspiring teaching or working environments. We aim to give your vision a direction, working with an array of different trades to redevelop any environment from a small office to a full new build.
We are looking for someone to join our marketing/sales team with the aim of generating business though outgoing calls and email marketing. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing our databases in order to keep on top of current leads and new prospects. There is an element of scheduling regular marketing programmes which need to be compliant with new GDPR laws and assisting the rest of the team with their day to day practices. You will also maintain good relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
Hours are to be discussed but would suit four days a week, or even school hours only.
- Experience in an office environment is desirable but not necessary
- Good communication skills
- Presentation skills
- A confident and determined approach is essential
- Motivated individual with drive
- Proficiency in IT applications such as Microsoft
