Taylor Lindsey is long-established, Lincoln based property company involved in the construction and sale of new homes, commercial property development, and the management of a large portfolio of commercial and residential property.
We are looking to recruit a full-time Secretary / Administrator to work closely with the company’s Development Director and Estates Manager who are Chartered Surveyors dealing with commercial property management, maintenance / refurbishment, property development, strategic planning and property acquisition work.
The position is varied and interesting and offers the opportunity to gain broad experience in the property industry.
The successful candidate will have a good level of secretarial / administration experience, will be organised and efficient, will have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner. Good IT skills to include Outlook, Word and basic Excel are essential.
Experience in property management or the construction industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
This is a full-time position.
