    Description

    Do you love cooking up a storm? We’re looking for an experienced sous chef with a passion for Italian food to work in our small but perfectly-formed kitchen.

    Requirements:

    • Good communication skills
    • Enthusiasm for cooking and baking
    • Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised
    • Attention to detail
    • Understanding of various cooking methods and procedures

    Key responsibilities:

    • Directing the food preparation process
    • Producing high quality food
    • Filling I n for the head chef as and when necessary
    • Complying with and enforcing food hygiene procedures
    • Adhering to and promoting health and safety standards
    • Assisting the head chef to create recipes, develop dishes and design menus

    Hours: 15/20 hours per week (weekdays and weekends)
