    Lincoln Minster School is an independent, co-educational day and boarding school for students aged 2 to 18. The school is set in the heart of Lincoln’s historic Cathedral quarter. The school has undergone significant development and has recently celebrated a successful ISI inspection.

    Required September 2018  – Full Time – We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, innovative leader and classroom practitioner to lead, develop and coordinate the SEND provision to pupils at the senior school. You would lead a team of highly committed and experienced Teaching Assistants to establish and implement a range of support and interventions, ensuring outstanding SEND provision and high levels of progress for pupils with additional needs.

    The successful candidate would be expected to hold relevant SENCo qualifications and have passion for inclusion and experience of managing SEND provision to pupils within an education setting. You should be confident with using data to evaluate the impact of support and interventions.

    A willingness to take part in extra-curricular activities is important, and the drive to ‘go the extra mile’ for every student is a must.
