    STOCKROOM MANAGER

    The Role

    This role is extremely important within the EQVVS team! A Stockroom Manager must ensure the stockroom runs efficiently; this requires organisation as numerous Brands and stock ranges will be housed in the stock room and therefore your organisational skills will be utilised. You must support the store and website needs to exceed there sales targets by driving the stockroom team to ensure deliveries are processed quickly.

    Job Purpose

    • Effectively manage the stock room, organising deliveries & ensuring stock is accurately logged onto the system and barcoded correctly.
    • Ensuring all stock room standards are met in an organised and proactive manner
    • Ensuring the stock holding is accurate
    • Manage stock control and monitor stock movements
    • Receive, check, book in and organise deliveries
    • Keep stock room tidy and organised
    • Carry out mini inventories on a regular basis reporting back to head office and Store Manager
    • Monitor stock levels and recommend re-orders of stock to retail managers
    • Prepare and deliver for stock-takes alongside the Store Manager
    • Supporting store team in re-stocking shop floor
    • Monitor and adjust negative stock
    • Operate all store systems, from the till to the stock systems
    • Receive web returns, book in on the system and notify E-commerce team to process refunds
    • To provide excellent levels of customer care surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity
    • To check off and amend any errors from inter branch stock transfer`s
    • To attend and participate in store meetings & training events ensuring good communication is maintained
    • To foster a team working attitude and be open to constructive feedback
    • To communicate all potential health and safety risks to the store manager and ensure any action complies with Company safety and security procedures at all times
    • To undertake any other tasks as outlined by management, being flexible in approach to the business demands Competencies and Experience
