Void Support Officer

At the City of Lincoln Council, we are passionate about providing sustainable homes for our residents. With this in mind, we are looking for an outgoing Voids Support Officer to help with housing delivery within our busy Void Support Team.

In this role, you will be based in our offices at Hamilton House. You will contribute to the process of  void management to ensure properties are re-let in a timely and efficient manner.

You will need to be a confident communicator, as the position will require regular communication with our staff, tenants and external partners. You will also have a passion for providing a high level of Customer Service, a strong ability to use a wide range of computer software and have a great eye for detail.
