PageTiger is a UK based SAAS company providing organisations with an online service for designing, publishing, distributing and tracking engaging online interactive documents for internal communications, training, company magazines, brochures and catalogues.
Our customer base includes some of the world’s leading names in banking, finance, pharmaceutical, retail, construction and manufacturing with new and exciting customers coming on board on a daily basis. We are looking for passionate creative individuals who love to deliver great customer experiences.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly person with a genuine passion for customer support to join our team in Lincoln. You must have good technical ability, a willingness to learn, and be able to communicate in an approachable, supportive manner. Responding to customer queries, you will have excellent written and spoken communication skills and be able to troubleshoot and analyse software issues whilst managing customer expectations.
Regular tasks in addition to providing technical support include creating digital content (such as ‘How to’/explainer videos) and building customer branded themes, so creativity and experience of design and video software is preferred.
We want our customers to get the best out of PageTiger, so the ability to advise on ways to help them create impressive, engaging content is key, as well as welcoming their feedback.
