    Bishop Burton College is one of the leading land-based Colleges in the UK with strong and sustained growth in student numbers. At our Bishop Burton campus we have undergone a multi-million pound campus development programme including significant investment in state of the art teaching and learning facilities, sports facilities, a commercially run farm and an international standard equestrian facility.

    Part of the Student Services team and working at Riseholme and Bishop Burton campuses, you will be the main point of contact for students requiring support with arranging work placements. You will network with employers to obtain work placement opportunities as well as help both students and employers prepare for their placements and take learning from it.

    £4,954.97 per annum actual salary (working 18.5 hours per week, for 24 weeks per year. Your actual salary in the first year will be less if you start part way through the academicyear. You will be paid extra weeks to reflect holiday entitlement of 5 weeks plus 1.6 weeks’bank holiday entitlement. This salary is divided into equal monthly payments and paid over the whole year until the end of August) (£18,804 per annum is the full time equivalent salary which would be for working 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.)

    Qualified to GCSE level at grade C or above in English and Maths with previous experience co-ordinating and monitoring work placements in a busy educational environment you will also have a full, clean UK Driving Licence.  You should be an excellent communicator with a high level of organisation skills, attention to detail, able to work to deadlines and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
