If you are successfully appointed to a Professional Services role and your start date is on or after 1st April 2018 you will be employed by UOL Services Ltd. UOL Services Ltd offers the Universities & Colleges Retirement Savings Scheme (UCRSS).

UOL Services Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary company of the University of Lincoln which provides Professional Support staff to undertake various roles and responsibilities associated with the University of Lincolns pay scale.

Your work, as directed, will contribute to the delivery of our vision and corporate strategy alongside colleagues within the University’s colleges and service departments.  Your employment will be subject to the University of Lincoln’s policies and procedures.

If you are an existing employee of the University of Lincoln in post prior to 1st April 2018 with continuous service since that date, and you successfully apply for a role advertised by UOL Services Ltd, you will be entitled to take up the role and remain as an employee of the University of Lincoln.
