Police on the search for three muggers

Group attack: Police are appealing for witnesses after robbery of a boy in Bracebridge Heath.

Police are appealing for witnesses and information after an attack robbery in Bracebridge Heath on October 13.

A 16-year-old boy was walking along Main Avenue when he was attacked and kicked repeatedly just before 9pm.

Police are looking for three men aged around 16 to 18-years-old. Two of the men are described as large build and the third was wearing a balaclava.

Police say the boy’s wallet was taken in the attack and he received minor injuries to his face and chest.

PC Paul Kelly said “this was an unprovoked attack on a young man who was kicked repeatedly by the three offenders and forced to hand over his wallet.”

“We would particularly like to speak to any witnesses who came out to assist the victim following the attack.”
