Gold award for Lincoln College

Winners: Lincoln College has received a prestigious for their campuses in Lincoln, Newark and Gainsborough.

Lincoln College has received the Gold Award by Investors in People encompassing the institution’s campuses in Lincoln, Newark and Gainsborugh.

The college was recognised by national standard organisation in 1995, but now has become the first college in the county and third in the region to receive the award.

In order to achieve the gold level award, the college had to pass 165 of 196 standards as well as the basic 39 to be recognised by the organisation.

Ian Sackree, Vice Principal of Corporate Resources said: “Gaining the accreditation is a tremendous achievement and confirms that our employees are a fantastic asset to the college – their skills and commitment are key to the delivery of the college’s quality services.

“We are fully committed to keeping up this standard of practice and will continue to invest in our people to ensure that Lincoln College remains an organisation that performs well for both its employees and its customers.”
