Parents and parents-to-be will be able to get all the advice they need at the Pregnancy and Baby Expo in Lincoln this weekend.
The expo, the first of its kind in Lincolnshire, will be held at the Waterside Shopping Centre on Saturday, October 20, between 9am and 5pm.
It aims to help parents with and concerns or advice they have, with 14 different organisations present, with the chance to products like therapy out.
Organiser of the Pregnancy and Baby Expo Sara Bayes, said: “Having a baby can be a daunting experience and people often don’t know where to turn for help.
“Hopefully this free expo will help provide information and advice in a friendly and informal setting.
“This event is the first of its kind in Lincoln and is perfect for those who have just found out they are pregnant, are about to give birth or who have recently had children.
“We have over 14 organisations attending the event, who will be able to provide information about breastfeeding, mum’s fitness, birth choices, having a doula, emotional wellbeing and complementary therapies.”
Chantelle Henderson, marketing coordinator at the Waterside, said: “I am delighted to welcome the Lincolnshire Birthing Network to the Centre on Saturday.
“The network offers a free and valuable resource to the local community, so we are looking forward to supporting them in the Centre.”

Police are investigating an unexplained death in the Waddingham village area near Gainsborough and Hemswell Cliff.
Emergency services were called to a house in Clay Lane, Waddingham just before 6:30pm on Thursday (30 June) following reports of a female being injured in the property.
Upon arrival, a woman believed to be in her 60s, was found injured and confirmed deceased at the property.
Her death is currently being treated as unexplained and investigations are ongoing.
We are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage after a fail to stop in Welton, Lincoln.
It’s believed a black or grey 4×4 or SUV vehicle collided with a silver Mini Cooper that was parked along Cliff Road. The incident was reported just after 3pm today.
