Work on 50 Lincoln village homes nears completion

New homes: Work on a number of family homes in Witham St Hughs is nearly ready.

Work to build 50 family homes in a village south of Lincoln is nearing completion.

Cygnet Place in Witham St Hughs, just off the A46, will be ready for homeowners from November 1.

As previously reported, the new homes of Juniper Way were approved by council earlier this year.

The area is named after a young swan due to St Hugh’s primary school’s emblem of a swan.

The houses are are a range of two-storey three and four-bedroom family homes, with open plan dining room and kitchen areas, a separate living room and study, plus bedrooms and bathrooms on the top floor.

Linden Homes sales director Chris Roads said: “After such positive early interest, we are delighted to officially launch this new development and show visitors just what’s on offer.

“We are also pleased to be able to continue to offer home hunters in and around the area increased choice of new housing in a carefully selected location.”

Prices for the first homes on sale at the development range between £167,995 and £224,994 for the largest four-bedroom.
