A new family pub restaurant, The Chain Bridge has officially opened in Boston following a £3 million investment.

The pub, which opened on Monday, July 25, has brought 40 new jobs to the area and offers a ‘two for one’ menu selection, including specials and a pizza station.

The interactive station also allows customers to watch their pizza being made and cooked in the pizza ovens.

The main menu also includes dishes such as a chilli cheese beef burger, roasted vegetable jalfrezi, halloumi and cous cous salad and smothered chicken.

In addition, the bar has a variety of beers, guest ales, ciders and wines.

New pub manager Donna Edmunds said: “We are delighted to have our team on board and we can’t wait to welcome the community in to sample our extensive menu and to raise a glass to our opening.

“We want the pub to become the new local hub and have that homely and comfortable atmosphere to keep everyone coming back.”

The Chain Bridge is part of an ongoing new build programme from Marston’s Inns and Taverns to provide pubs throughout the UK.
