Local man charged with drink driving after crashing into Fiskerton house

Police charged and named a local man following the dramatic crash.

A 24-year-old man has been charged with drink driving after smashing his car into a house in Fiskerton near Lincoln on Saturday.

Ashley Paulson of Fiskerton is charged with being under the influence of alcohol when he drove his silver Vauxhall Astra into a house on Reepham Road at around 2am on March 24.

The family in the house were woken up by the crash, but were unharmed and Mr Paulson was taken into custody by police.

There was damage to a brick wall between properties, as well as the exterior and interior of the house, front gate and pavement.
