Dress up in your grooviest fancy dress for charity.

Whether mod, rocker or hippie, people are being invited to take a trip back to the swinging sixties at Linkage’s ‘Sound of the Sixties’ charity fundraising evening.

Taking place on May 11 at Lincoln’s Assembly Rooms the event aims to raise money for the Boultham Park Capital Appeal.

Guest will be treated to a playlist of iconic sixties hits played by Lincolnshire duo The Dream Belles. Sounds Alive Disco will also be there to provide the soundtrack for the evening.

People are encouraged to dress up in their grooviest fancy dress.

The event is being put on by Lincolnshire based learning-disability charity Linkage.

The Boultham Park restoration project and Linkage are aiming to raise £250,000 to match funds of £2.7million from the Heritage Lottery Fund grant.
