Family appeal for missing man to contact them

This is ‘completely out of character’ for him

A 34-year-old man has been missing since last week and his family are appealing for him to get in touch.

Anthony Warner has not been in contact with friends or family since leaving his home in Wrangle on the evening of June 7, which is said to be ‘completely out of character’ for him.

Anthony left his home in his black Toyota Corolla, with the number plate AF 08 TVU, and police want him to get in touch to let them know he is safe.

He is described as about five foot eight, slim, with short dark hair and a trimmed beard and he was wearing a shirt and slacks when he left home.

A statement from his family said: “Anth, if you read this we want you to know we love and miss you very much and it is safe for you to come home.

“If you feel you are not ready and need more time can you please just let us know you are safe. Love mum, mad and family.”

Anyone who thinks they have seen Anthony since last Wednesday evening, or his car, should contact police on 101 quoting incident number 477 of June 8.
