Two arrested in Lincoln police drugs raid

Police officers raided a property in the Ermine West area of Lincoln and arrested two people this morning as part of their ongoing activity to tackle drug use.

Police reportedly rammed through the door of a property on Breedon Drive just after 9am on Thursday, August 2 and two people have been arrested for drug related offences.

Inspector Simon Outen at Lincolnshire Police said: “As part of our ongoing activity to tackle drug use within Lincoln City, a further search warrant has been executed this morning on Breedon Drive in Lincoln.

“Two persons (aged 45 and 32) have subsequently been arrested on suspicion of drug related offences.”

As previously reported, armed officers raided another property in Lincoln – on Thesiger Street – on Wednesday too.
