Unwind with Yoga in a Lincoln museum

Something different for Yoga lovers

A programme of yoga classes will be hosted amongst Lincolnshire’s finest artworks and archeology.

Beginners’ Yoga classes at The Collection museum this winter will be run by esteemed local yoga instructor, Amanda Greenwood, trained by the British Wheel of Yoga.

Located in one of the museum’s specialist exhibition rooms, with its amazing architecture– you can unwind, tune in to your breathing and move through a series of ancient yogic movements and poses – connecting you to the world around you.

Yoga instructor Amanda, said: “No matter your age, experience or current fitness level, yoga really can be for everyone and every unique body. Come along, meet some like-minded people and explore something different in a really unique place.”

Classes run from 5.30 until 6.30pm and are available on:

  • October 11 and 18
  • November 8, 15, 22 and 29
  • December 6 and 13
