Family devastated after beloved Lancaster caravan stolen

They’re desperate to find it again

A Caistor family have been left devastated after a thief made off with a personalised caravan “full of memories”.

Henry Gavins told Lincolnshire Reporter his mother Tracy Gavins is “desperate” to find it, adding, “It holds millions of memories and a lot of sentiment inside”.

The Swift caravan, used for family holidays, has a distinctive Lancaster Bomber stencil on the back and the licence plate M8 GRW.

It’s said to have been taken from Nettleton near Caistor overnight between November 19 and 20.

Mum Tracy took to social media to appeal for help locating the cherished holiday home: “Whoever stole our beautiful caravan last night; I hope you enjoy it as much as me and my family have, and the memories we have made!

“Thanks for stealing my children and grandchildren’s memories and future happy times.”

The theft has been logged as incident 85 of November 20. Anyone with information should call Lincolnshire Police on 101.
