Happy Mondays’ tour-ending Lincoln gig cancelled

The tour was due to end in Lincoln in December

Rock band Happy Mondays’ tour-ending show at Lincoln’s Engine Shed has been cancelled ‘due to unforseen scheduling circumstances’.

The band, who were formed in Salford in the 1980s, were due to perform at The Engine Shed on Saturday, December 21 on the final date of their marathon 28-day Greatest Hits Tour for 2019.

The Engine Shed announced on Wednesday, August 28 that refunds will be available from the relevant ticket providers

Tickets were priced at £35.75 on The Engine Shed website.

However, it is understood that the other Lincolnshire gig at Scunthorpe’s Baths Hall on Saturday, November 16 will go ahead as planned – click here to buy tickets.

The Lincolnite approached both The Engine Shed and a publicity firm involved with promoting the tour, but there were no replies by the time of publication.
