Wanted Lincoln man arrested in York

He was found after a widespread appeal

A Lincoln man who was sought by police in connection with an assault has been arrested in York.

Lincolnshire Police issued an appeal for help to locate Nathan Booth, 29, from Lincoln, following an offence of grievous bodily harm.

He had been on the run since the early hours of Saturday, October 12 and officers at the time warned people not to approach him.

Police arrested Booth on Monday, October 21 in York.

Lincolnshire Police thanked all who shared the appeal to find him.
