Construction begins on Brown & Co’s new Lincoln office

Work is set to be completed in summer 2020

Construction has begun on the site of Brown & Co’s new 6,000 square foot two-floor regional office in Lincoln.

The independent chartered surveyors and business consultants’ new office will be based on Doddington Road in Lincoln. It will comprise of office space over two floors, with onsite parking for 40 cars.

The Grantham and Spalding offices will relocate to Doddington Road.

The offices are being constructed by Lincoln-based property development and construction company Taylor Lindsey. The work is scheduled to be completed in summer 2020.

James Cameron, Partner in the Commercial Department of Brown & Co, said: “Breaking ground brings the relocation of our Grantham and Spalding offices to Doddington Road a step closer and we are very excited to see the start of the development.

“We are thrilled to be working closely with Taylor Lindsey Ltd and very much look forward to seeing the building grow over the forthcoming months”.
