Bourne police officer accused of imprisoning person in their home

He also allegedly assaulted them during an argument

An off-duty police officer based in Bourne allegedly imprisoned a person in his home and assaulted him.

He will face a Lincolnshire Police misconduct hearing into the accusations.

Scott Wilson was a special constable when he is said to have prevented someone leaving his house. He’s also said to have pushed them during an argument.

It happened sometime between August 1 and September 29 last year and he received a caution at the time.

Lincolnshire Police will now hold a hearing at its headquarters on February 3, where witnesses will be kept anonymous.

The hearing will determine whether Scott Wilson breached standards of professional behaviour.
