Second person arrested after man found in the street with head injury

Man, 47, in hospital with head injury

A 60-year-old man has been arrested and bailed, along with a 47-year-old woman, after a man was found with a serious head injury on a Lincoln street.

As previously reported, officers were called to Elder Street in the Bracebridge area at around 9am on Wednesday, March 4. The man was taken to hospital.

A 47-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. Police later arrested a 60-year-old man on Thursday, March 5 as they continued to investigate the circumstances of the incident.

Both the man and the woman have since been released on bail pending further enquiries.

Police are appealing for any witnesses who may have seen an Aaron Services trade van in the area, or anyone with dashcam footage from around 9am, to contact them on 101 or via email at [email protected] quoting incident 110 of March 4.
