“We will all be touched by his loss”

Lincolnshire Police staff have paid tribute to a much-loved colleague who has reportedly died after being diagnosed with coronavirus.

He described him as a ‘top bloke’, with a great humour and a sharp mind.

It was reported that Paul died at Lincoln County Hospital.

Assistant Chief Constable of Lincolnshire Police Shaun West said: “Had the privilege to work alongside Pap as Sergeants 2001-3. Very fond memories of a gentleman with a great sense of humour.

“Sending my best wishes to his friends, family and colleagues. We will all be touched by his loss.”
