A school in Epworth has confirmed a case of coronavirus.
South Axholme Academy on Burnham Road in Epworth said only one person has tested positive.
It is understood from a concerned parent that the case is a teacher, but this has not been confirmed.
People who have been in direct prolonged contact with the confirmed case will receive an individual letter and will be self isolating at home for 14 days.
The academy remains open and children should continue to attend if they remain well.
The letter said: “Please rest assured that we have completed all other actions including cleaning regimes as required by Public Health England and continue to work hard to limit any further cases as best as we can.
“Unless we are advised to do anything differently, the academy will continue to operate as it has since we returned on September 7.”
