Dance kickstarts Drill Hall’s new season

Lincoln Drill Hall will be playing host to the renowned C12 Dance Theatre Company as part of their new season of events.

The dance company will be performing a double bill of their hit shows The Chair and Enough. which won five star ratings at Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

The Chair has no dialogue, and follows a captive man troubled by his past as he fights for forgiveness from people he double-crossed.

C12, an associate company of East London Dance, started in 2005 after theatre professionals Annie-Lunnette Deakin-Foster, Nasae Evanson and Adam Towndrow came together.

Towndrow said: “I am a professional choreographer and actor, trained in interdisciplinary performance.

“I am a reliable team-spirited person who helps inspires and motivates others and is passionate about delivering high quality works.

“Trained in performance and in love with movement, I bring my theatrical background into all dance/movement related opportunities.”

C12 will be at the Drill Hall on February 15, from 8pm. Tickets start at £7 per person. Tickets can be booked from the Drill Hall’s Box Office.
