The incident happened at around 11.25am on February 19 in the Aldi car park on Wragby Road.

Unconfirmed eyewitness reports state a disabled male driver lost control of his vehicle.

This caused a collision with five other vehicles within the car park.

It is said the driver, who was in a distressed state, then managed to drive the car to a corner of the car park.

Several cars were damaged in the incident.

Emergency services attended the scene but no-one was injured in the incident, although a number of shoppers were shaken by the experience.
