As part of the Lincoln BIG Commonwealth Festival, and sponsored by Your Print Partner, a cinema-style screen has been put up in the square with a grass area and seating for spectators.

The action will begin with the Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony, which is due to be live from Celtic Park in Glasgow at 8pm on July 23 and have a global audience of 1.5 billion.

Some of London 2012’s biggest stars will be taking part in the games, including Mo Farah, Usain Bolt and Sir Bradley Wiggins.
