He was appointed site lead superintendent radiographer in 2005 before becoming manager for general radiography in 2012.

Andy  said: “Having spent 17 years at one organisation I am looking forward to this new challenge.

“I am looking forward to being involved in a leadership role that covers not only radiology but also other areas in diagnostics, such as cardiac and respiratory physiology, endoscopy and audiology.

“I’m particularly passionate about ensuring we provide a high quality service to our patients and improving access to imaging and other diagnostics services for referrers, such as GPs and community health services.

“I am looking forward to working alongside the trust’s keen and committed staff to continually improve services for the benefit of the patients of Lincolnshire.”
