Police renew appeal to find Lincoln ‘peeping Tom’

Do you know him? Police are looking to identify the man pictured in relation to a report of harassment in Lincoln.

Police are re-appealing for help identifying a man who they wish to speak to in connection with a report of harassment in Lincoln.

At around 3.30am on Wednesday, July 1 a man was seen on CCTV stopping outside a house on Albany Street and looking through the windows before shouting through the letterbox at a woman inside.

As previously reported, the woman claimed that the man returned to both the front and back of her property through the garden between 3.15 and 4.10am, shouting comments like “nice t*ts” through her letterbox.

The victim spoke to The Lincolnite earlier, stating: “It’s the second time I’ve had this problem in the past two years. The first time was at a property not too far from this one. It makes me feel uncomfortable in my own home.”

Lincolnshire Police say a number of lines of enquiry have been carried out to find the man involved but as yet without success.

Officers investigating the incident have asked for the public’s help in identifying the man pictured. They would like to speak to him to see if he has any information that might assist the enquiry.

Anyone who recognises the man is being asked to contact Lincolnshire Police on 101 quoting incident 38 of July 1.

Alternatively, people can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
